We are always looking for highly motivated and skilled women who are ready to revolutionize the energy industry. Female leadership is on the rise, especially in consulting, where women are still underrepresented. We want to change that.

At our Women Recruiting Day we want to take the opportunity to give you an authentic insight into what we do at ECON and how we are taking action to shape our future.

Preparation with In&Out Consulting: Together with our partner In&Out Consulting, we offer individual coaching to train and prepare you to excel in your interviews. You will be given access to an e-learning platform with pre-recorded learning material on how to systematically structure and solve consulting cases. You will also practice real-life case studies to gain practical experience in structuring, solving and presenting business challenges and last but not least you will have the opportunity to benefit from fixed bi-weekly personal mentoring sessions with case coaches to answer any questions regarding consulting interviews.

Company Presentation with our CFO Anne Bicking: Another highlight of the day will be the company presentation held by our CFO, Anne Bicking, who will also share some personal advice and experiences of what it is like to be a working mother and a leader. After your interviews, there will also be time for lunch and networking with our female consultants and other inspiring women.

Finishing the day with a job offer: The special feature of our Recruiting Days is that you have the opportunity to receive a direct job offer at the end of the day if you are successful in interviewing and case solving.

Your profile:

You are a young professional, Masters or PhD student with a business/management or economics background and an excellent academic record.

You are inspired by entrepreneurial challenges and enjoy solving complex problems for society.

You are curious and can't wait to use your knowledge to transform the energy industry.

You speak fluent English and are a strong team communicator.
